How to send a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line Content report. So we can act without going back and forth, please include:

• The exact page address, and which words or comment you mean.
• Why you believe it is unlawful — the specific reason, not only that you disagree with it.
• Your name and an email address we can reply to.
• Whether you are the rights holder or company concerned, or acting for them.
• A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.

What happens next

We confirm we have your notice within 2 working days and give you a reference. We decide within 14 days and tell you the outcome and the reasons for it. If we act on content, we tell the person who submitted it why, and they can contest that decision.

What we will and will not do

We remove content that is unlawful, that identifies or targets a private individual, that is hate speech, or that we are legally required to remove.

We do not remove a visitor's word because a company thinks it is unfair, unflattering or wrong. Opinions people hold about companies are what this site records. If you disagree with one, you can publish a response on the brand page for free.

Paying for an AI Rankia report has no effect on this process in either direction. It will not get anything removed, reordered or hidden, and not buying one will not slow a notice down.

Bad-faith notices

If someone repeatedly sends notices that are clearly unfounded, we may suspend handling their notices for a reasonable period, after warning them.
