Privacy
BrandTags separates public community data from professional report-request information and collects only what each interaction needs.
Anonymous participation
A signed first-party participant cookie enforces one response per collection and limits abuse. The server stores a one-way participant hash and a one-way network hash for short-lived rate limiting; public pages never expose either.
Accounts and comments
Email magic-link accounts protect longer public contributions and enable deletion, reporting and moderation controls. Public comments show the chosen display name, text and publication time—not the email address.
Professional report requests
Work emails are encrypted at rest and logically separated from public community queries. BrandTags records report consent, source page and delivery status, then securely forwards mapped requests to AI Rankia. Report delivery does not automatically create newsletter consent.
Contact and deletion
Before full public launch, this notice will include the operating entity, privacy contact, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights. Until then, the platform remains a controlled staging release.
